Advantage cQUOTE is a web-based solution for air and sea freight and is licensed to several well-known logistics companies. The software is licensed for national or global use. All licensed products are based on a unified Database Management System (DBMS). It is compatible with Oracle, MySQL and Postgres. If requested it can also run on other DBs.

cQUOTE
All kinds of quotes can be entered and maintained with this user-friendly application in a one-stop-shop manner. The entire management of air, sea and truck quotes can be carried out in a unified database as mentioned above. Based on existing customer databases or CRM systems, this application enables full redundancy in a most secure way. Major advantages can be gained if all branches collaborate globally for each and every quote. Sales forces and operations can have direct access to relevant quotes. However, this depends on the individual settings of user authorisation.
Based on existing net rates for air, sea and truck mode it is quite easy to addition- ally enter selling rates. The management can enter add-on factors for net rates to automatically generate Minimum Selling Rates (MSR) per country as well.
A wide variety of quote templates per branch guarantees corporate identity worldwide. Quotes can be printed, distributed as a PDF mail attachment and archived for later use. Another feature is the upload and maintenance of tenders. This feature enables multinational sales forces to quote data in whatever way the customer requested it.
A variety of report tools enables the management to generate high sophisticated evaluations of the entire database. For sea freight quotes to the USA the FMC Report will be generated automatically.

cBUY-AIR
This Rate Management System (RMS) enables the entire handling of all kinds of net rates offered by airlines or their GSAs. Based on a structured electronic standard form (excel file), the airlines/GSAs mail agreed net rates directly to the agent branch in a country. Users can now enter the net rates directly into the database. They can be entered or also updated manually. The major advantage is a high level of transparency of all net rates offered in a country, region or even globally.
cBUY-SEA
This Rate Management System (RMS) enables the entire handling of all kinds of net rates offered by sea carriers or their agents. Based on a structured electronic standard form (excel file), the carrier or his agent mails agreed net rates directly to the forwarder's branch in a country. Users can now enter net rates directly into the database by using individual parser functions. Net rates can be entered or updated manually as well. The major advantage is a high level of transparency of all net rates offered in a country, region or even globally.
