Customer information on GDPR
several months ago, dbh started a project to design its own products and solutions in a GDPR-compliant manner. This comprehensive work was carried out in cooperation and coordination with data protection experts from datenschutz nord. All dbh products and solutions as well as our workflows are GDPR compliant.
For what purpose we process your data on the basis of our contracts that you enter into with us, please refer to the customer information:
Order processing contract
According to GDPR, an order processing contract (AVV) must be concluded by any company that has personal data processed on behalf of a service provider such as dbh.
Please fill in the AVV and do not forget to provide your data protection officer (if available) on page 6. Since Article 28(9) of the GDPR stipulates that ‘the contract must be written in writing, which may also be done in electronic form‘, please send us the contract completed and signedby you directly as a PDF to datenschutz@dbh.de.
