- Goods produced abroad bundled with US software (“bundle”) (when the de minimis threshold is exceeded)
The U.S. Re-Export Control not only takes into account the REGULATIONS EAR (Export Administration Regulation) of the BIS (Bureau of Industry and Security), but also the regulations of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and the controls of the DDTC (Directorate of Defense With the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and the USML (US Munitions List).
