What is a supplier declaration for?

If a supplier regularly provides a particular purchaser with goods where no changes are expected to occur to their origin in terms of preferential law over a long period, then this supplier can issue a "long-term suppler declaration". A long-term supplier declaration is a  one-off declaration that covers additional deliveries of the same goods, and that is valid for a  maximum period of two years . The start of the validity period depends on the issue date of the long-term supplier declaration.
