dbh Logistics IT AG (dbh) is the host and moderator of the Hafenrunde Schiene (HRS) three times a year, which is open to all those involved in rail transport in the port locations of Bremen, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven. The expert discussion was well received by operators, railway companies, transhipment companies and the port railway.
With “HRS on tour” dbh offered the participants the opportunity for the first time to look behind the scenes at a company participating in the round. From 12-14 June 2015, the participants accepted the invitation of METRANS a.s. and visited, among other things, the company’s combined terminal in Prague (Praha Uhrineves). Dbh took over the coordination with the host on site and the organization in advance for “HRS on tour”.

Martin Horinek, Chief Operating Officer of METRANS a.s., received the participants with a short presentation of the company as well as the various terminal locations. The subsequent tour of the impressive complex was also accompanied by Mr. Horinek. His technical comments and comments gave a good insight into the processes and working methods of the terminal.
THROUGH POSITIVE FEEDBACK
The next (optional) day was used by the remaining HRS participants to visit and explore Prague. Ms. Radka Pegerova, a METRANS employee, led hrS’ler, accompanied by Mr. Horinek, through the golden city. In the evening, all participants gathered in a restaurant and had a very good meal to reminisce and end their stay. Thanks to the consistently positive tenor, nothing should stand in the way of another “HRS on tour”.
