Immediately after we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. After that, our HR team and the department manager will review your documents together and check whether your profile is suitable for us.
You will receive initial feedback as soon as possible. If it's a good fit, we will invite you to a virtual meet-and-greet. If not, we will of course also give you a clear rejection. In case of a positive decision, we want to meet you in person within four weeks of receiving your application.
Afterwards, we will take the next steps together with you: you will receive a final decision and we will clarify the terms and conditions for our future cooperation with you.

After accepting the offer, your start begins – and we won't leave you alone. With our onboarding program, we make your start at dbh as easy and pleasant as possible. We support you from the beginning so that you can quickly find your way in your new work environment.
In your first few weeks, you'll receive lots of important information to enable a successful start, such as information about working hours, training opportunities, leadership at dbh, and the most important contacts. You'll get to know your new team colleagues, receive an overview of dbh products and technologies, and get an individually tailored induction plan that guides you step by step. With onboarding and customized induction, you'll have a start that feels just right.
