Please note the minimum technical requirements and connection settings before installing.
The following general conditions apply as a technical prerequisite:
- IBM-compatible PC running Windows 7 / 2008 or later (The current service pack of the Windows version is recommended)
- Microsoft. Net-Framework 4.5 or higher.
- Min. 200 MB of available storage on disk C: (default installation directory: “C:”Program Files (x86)”dbh Logistics IT AG-ALPO”)
- Internet connection without explicit authentication on the proxy server (the software also runs on standby via UMTS or ISDN connection).
- Note for ALPO users: If a proxy server with explicit authentication is installed in your home, an exception rule must be defined for the https://alpo.dbh.de page. In addition, caching in the proxy server for this page should be disabled.
- The Windows user names must not contain special characters and umlauts e.g. ö, ä, ü, ß
- Installing the client on a network drive is not currently supported.
Connection:
We recommend that you communicate encrypted. Please put a catch on SSL!
Please understand that we cannot ensure the viability of our software for systems that do not meet these minimum requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ALPO – CITRIX
Please make sure that your system environment meets these minimum requirements before installing our software.
Minimum conditions for the use of dbh Software:
- IBM-compatible PC with at least Windows 7 / 2008 (the current service pack of the windows version is recommended)
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 or higher
- Min 200 MB of available memory on the hard disk C:. (Default installation directory: “C:”Program Files (x86)”dbh Logistics IT AG-ALPO”)
- Internet connection without explicit authentication to the proxy server (the software runs on a standalone workstation via UMTS or ISDN connection).
- Note for ALPO-users: If a proxy server with explicit authentication is installed in your office an exception rule for the page “https://alpo.dbh.de” must be defined. The Caching for this site has to be deactivated on the proxy server.
- The Windows user name must not contain special characters as well as umlaute (e.g. ö, ü, ä, ü, ß).
- The installation of the client on a network drive is currently not supported.
Connection settings:
We recommend that you select the encrypted type of communication. Please tick the boxSSL.
