Maximum security and efficiency – this is what we enable you with our SAP interfaces – in this case with the atlas plug-in export AES. The program accesses the Advantage Customs system, which is certified for all electronic customs procedures of the German authorities. Optionally, you can also integrate an interface for classifying your goods.
Export declaration directly integrated into SAP
The Export section offers the best options for automated customs clearance. Instead of calling up a separate application and re-entering all data, the ATLAS plug-in export AES allows you to conveniently check customs at the touch of a button. The relevant information is transmitted from the SAP system to Advantage Customs and further processed there. If necessary, you can store and maintain additional information in customer-specific tables.
Your benefits
- Accelerated customs clearance
- Quick start thanks to easy integration
- High security thanks to compliance with legal regulations
- Low training effort
- Optionally integrable classification
Control: Manual or via block box
Users decide for themselves whether they want to manually control the entire process and possibly rework it or whether they prefer the “black box” – in this case, everything is done by itself. In both cases, Advantage Customs performs plausibility checks and provides feedback when data is detected as incomplete or incorrect.
Perfectly adapted to your business processes
Advantage Customs is a certified solution directly connected to ATLAS, the customs system. All messages and documents that are reported back from there automatically find their way into the user’s SAP system. In general, you can carry out all export operations completely from the usual environment with minimal effort. Customs clearance is integrated into the existing business processes in your company.
Assign SAP objects yourself
You decide for yourself which SAP object is decisive for the export declaration , be it a transport, a delivery or a billing document. The interface maps the object reference to the “Movement Reference Number” (MRN) from ATLAS. All messages and documents are then linked to this object in the SAP-ERP application.
You have an overview at any time
The status of a customs procedure can be viewed at any time. Status messages are displayed as lines of text with a time stamp on each object. The GENERATION of the AE message, the processing of status messages and the storage of the documents take place in the background.
On request, you will be informed about the dispatch of the export declaration and the processing progress, either by SAP user ID, SAP Express mail or e-mail.
