Zollsätze = Kosten), jedoch ist die Verhandlung dazu bilateral zu führen. Ebenso wäre es ein „kompletter“ Neuanfang, ohne die bereits bestehenden Strukturen des Freihandels im Rahmen einer Mitgliedschaft in der EFTA nutzen zu können.
