ALL THE FUNCTIONS REQUIRED FOR SEA FREIGHT HANDLING in a single piece of software

Your sea freight rates and data for credit limit monitoring can be specified in the convenient master data management tool. When orders are created, an automatic check is performed in the background. This is also the case for the integrated sanctions list screening.

In addition, the List & Label function makes it quick and easy to design and/or adjust forms yourself.

BENEFITS OF CARGO ONLINE — SEA FREIGHT

  • Order and document management
  • Transfer function for master data
  • Copying function for quick data entry

MANAGEMENT OF SEA FREIGHT ORDERS

The automatic order entry process supports the user with a wide range of useful functions. These functions focus on saving time and reducing the workload involved. An example of this is the option to copy orders and subheadings. Recurring orders can be generated quickly and easily by creating order templates. Furthermore, data from captured quotations can be transferred directly to orders and invoices.

Capturing bills of lading? No problem! Shipment details, such as packing lists, can also be easily imported. Individual shipment items, including weights etc., are shown in the order without the need to enter these manually.

EFFICIENT BILLING OF SEA FREIGHTS

Just like in the order section, here you can also design your own templates, e.g. for certain items in standard transactions. The module features interfaces to financial accounting systems, such as DATEV, to enable users to operate efficiently.

INTEGRATED COSTING

This section contains the shipping log, which is used to record imputed costs and revenue, including accruals and real costs. In this way you can quickly see the profit for each shipment.

You can find
more information about this in our brochure.
